PRINT PURCHASE FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within the US, but international shipping is coming very soon.
Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within five to ten business days. Shipped art may take only 3-5 days via UPS, depending on the destination country and your preferences. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact me after placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can arrange expedited shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
I work hard to provide low shipping rates across the country. Most orders will be around $10 shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal via my website print store.
What does “Limited Edition” mean?
All Limited Editions of my artworks are labeled as a Limited Edition. Pieces that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Generally, editions are smaller than 50 pieces total. Limited edition works are generally more valuable because of the limited number available. Each print contains a signature and its limited edition number. Once limited editions run out the prints will no longer be available.
What does “Original Edition" mean?
Some of my artworks may be labeled as the "Original Edition”. It is the most exclusive print from whole series. It is the One of a kind piece, created by the artist.
Do you provide framing services?
I prefer sending rolled prints in a tube, but I am also able to offer framing for all photographs. If you are interested in framing for your print, please contact me at email@example.com before you place your order and I would be happy to help you.
Is the artwork purchased at your store a financial investment?
I encourage art patrons to purchase artwork for enjoyment and aesthetic values. However, art can be a financial investment as the demand for a particular piece of artwork grows.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
All prints into hard protective PVC tubes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please save the tube and all packaging material and take some photos of damaged print; I must have it in order to process the claim.
